As a trained chef and graduate agricultural scientist, I have worked at a diverse interdisciplinary level in recent years. Whether through the cultivation of food through biodynamic agriculture systems and their professional processing as a chef, as a product developer or the production of bioenergy, I have extensive knowledge of the entire value chain on the subject of food production, its processing and healthy nutrition.
As a chef, I worked in well-known restaurants and hotels in five different countries. During my career I have trained chefs. I implemented different consulting services for restaurants, hotels and catering companies. I am also an lecturer of nutrition and healthy cooking at several schools.
